"The room looked clean when we first arrived, but then we noticed all the crumbs on the bedside table from the previous guests. Bed was very comfortable and having a bar with a restaurant downstairs was great. The location was very convenient and there was a few other shops around. "It felt safe and secure. Car parking on-site. 1 adult & 2 kids. Did receive a warning for being too loud while packing on the last night. Pool isnt heated, but clean and open long hours. There is a laundry room available to use onsite available 24/7. Beds comfy, was good having full oven and dishwasher. "We had such a great time here - we didn’t want to leave lol.. Big4 Gold Coast holiday park was very clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen and the shower - love the shower! The mornings were so beautiful and warm enough for a walk or dip in the warm pools / waterslides they have - we loved this! The laundry room was really handy. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was great. Staff were helpful and customer service came with smiles :)...
