"The only thing missing was a microwave in the rooms themselves. Otherwise loved all else."

"Did not have a spa at all. The deluxe bedroom has no spa :( Very very disappointing "

"There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."

"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "

"Fantastic location, nice room, waterpreasure a bit on the low side. It showed to be extreamly difficult to get a taxi at the hotel, and the hotel staff wasn't to much help."

"The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the pillow cases on my bed were dirty. I was able to find a housekeeper and she immediately came to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. The WiFi wasn't working which was a bit frustrating when phone service was limited inside parts of the building. Despite the minor we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately next trip we will seek other accommodations ."

"Well when we got there the breakfast wasn't even offered to us we were totally couldn't eat it. Our bed didn't only have bed bugs in it it had candy from other residents staying there. Swimming pool and hot tub was amazing our refrigerator froze all of our food and drinks and it was on the lowest setting"
