"Room was nice and also clean. Remote didn’t work the first day but call to front desk remedied the problem. The coffee pot also didn’t work but we told the upon checkout. Shops and restaurants were nice. We had a nice hike around the grounds. Enjoyed the indoor mini-golf. A nice retreat. "

"Room was clean, wouldve been nice to have another blanket for the fold out, as it got rather cold at night. And it was unclear how to get to the unloading area during check in. The room says it sleeps 4 but it wouldve been pretty... intimate with 4. Overall good experience though"

"It started with the check in issue. When I received the welcome email, it never said to do all 3 steps BEFORE getting to the property. As we stood in the freezing cold trying to get into the building, I had to call CozySuites to get access AFTER I paid the deposit (which is usually collected at my arrival). After we finally got into the building, we realized that this was NOT a hotel, there was no staff and there were no amenities (that we knew of). The building was filthy, and there was...
