OUTDOOR SPACES: Multiple furnished decks, accessed both from inside the house and from stairs on the outside. Small deck on the back of the house overlooks the shared lawn area with woods beyond.

EXTRAS: Shared use of the heated swimming pool in front of the house, and access across the road where a pier and dock are available for drop-off and pick-up.
