"Our stay at this cabin was perfect for our family. Watching the pink sunrises across the lake each morning was breathtaking. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning reading my book and listening to the loons, and in the evenings sitting outside playing games. Our grandsons enjoyed fishing off the dock, my husband enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake, and our golden lab enjoyed sunning herself on the deck. We hope to return to this location again. "Everything exceeded our expextations. The place was spotless. The road to get the rental was rough. You have to watch out for the pot holes but definitely not a deal breaker. "

"Upon checking in, my partner started to have a bad reaction to all of the fresh exposed wood in the house. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. I will just say that the new property was so nice, it was a step down when we finally returned home after the vacation. Amanda rocks!!!"

"Property was well maintained and check out, with no requirements, was amazing. We had yurt 8 which while the most convenient is right by the road. Luckily it’s not too busy but would have preferred to not hear cars driving by. Common space with a camp fire and games was great. A little far for groceries but otherwise a pretty central location for Bar Harbor and Acadia. "

"The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. "

"Got this as a surprise for my in-laws for Christmas since they used to family vacation here. We did typical sight seeing stuff. The house was perfect to hang out at after a long day. Even on a rainy day we were able to enjoy the rain fall on the deck and stay dry. House is exactly at described. Hosts very responsive albeit we had no issues, but day off did ask for an earlier check in. We were notified as soon as it was ready for it, that was very appreciated. "
