The tiny house was amazing. My family of 4 found it cozy. Very well kept, clean, and modern. The kitchen was well outfitted to make quick meals. Sleeping was great, cool summer nights coupled with a comfy bed for adults and folding couch for the kids. The fire pit and outdoor water front view were awesome! The owner was extremely responsive. Thank you for making our vaca a great one!

Nous avons adoré regarder le soleil se lever sur l’eau devant nous. Puis observer la faune en prenant un café au soleil sur la petite terrasse. Très propre et charmant.

Only stay at this property if you want a door that doesn't close, doesn't lock, if you want steep stairs without a rail to get up to the queen bed, or if you want to sleep on the first floor on a small day bed with a trundle bed underneath that has a very thin mattress. It is advertised as having a queen bed and 2 twin beds, and for 4 renters, but that isn't true. When we called the owner, he said it comfortably sleeps 3, even though he knew we had 4. He also sent us a message on how to unlock the door and when I told him it was unlocked and didn't lock, he said he leaves it unlocked for people coming. When we told him that it wasn't safe to stay and we were leaving to find another place, he refused to give us a total refund. The owner is not fair and argumentative. If you are over 65, as the 4 of us are, we suggest that you find another property. This is a very small trailer on wheels.

beautiful property and accommodations! we were pleasantly surprised at just how much space a “tiny house” really has! we were about 20 min from Acadia which was wonderful, and there were so many cute places around us to adventure and try out too! our host was great and was easy to reach. we would definitely recommend hiking (if you’re feeling adventurous!) and checking out the Jordan Pond Trail + house (the popovers are a MUST), Cadillac Mountain (best to leave early, about 3 hours before sunrise to give enough time to hike up the summit), Thunder Hole (1-2 hours before high tide is usually best), Sand Beach, Beehive Trail, and the Ocean Trail, along with exploring Bar Harbor! For food, definitely check out Merinos (breakfast) which is right up the street, Harbor Table and Red Sky, both of which are about 3/4-1 mile down the road and are PHENOMENAL. both are also sensitive to allergies which was a plus! Additionally, the Bar Harbor Pancake House and 2 Cats Restaurant in Bar Harbor will not disappoint ! definitely recommend spending time outside at night while on the property! we were able to see an incredible amount of stars and planets, even had the chance to see some shooting stars while we sat by our campfire.
