"Had a lovely stay here! Super convenient to Red Rocks. Tree house is cozy, clean, and full of amenities - kitchen was stocked with oil, spices, & coffee!! Only hiccup, the confirmation email sent out doesn’t referenced VRBO and we didn’t have cell service at the house - be sure to download instructions from email before arriving at the tree house. WiFi however worked great…once you know the pw Definitely will stay again!!! "

"We Enjoyed our overnight stay. The set up was lovely and peaceful, and we appreciated the heated mattress pad on a chilly night. It would be ideal if there was a more pedestrian friendly way to get from the property into town, but otherwise we enjoyed the location. "

"The property was quite lovely. The views are amazing. We stayed here to go to a concert at Red Rocks, about 40 minutes away. This would have been a fairly uneventful stay, but the day we arrived there was 8 inches of snow on the ground in early May! By the time the morning came it was over a foot! Fortunately, we had heeded the requirement to get a 4wd vehicle for our stay and had one capable enough to get up the road, and then out again. For reference, it was a new Ford Bronco, and I am not...

"Property was as advertised. Host provided clear details and was very repsonsive. Beautiful large deck to take in the views. The home was very clean, has a nice sitting area to relax, well-appointed kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms were a good size and the host provided many basic amenities such as coffee and toiletries. "This property is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The hosts were so responsive and even had a manual to make everything easy and accessible. It was super clean and so comfortable. From the fireplaces to the outdoor fire pits to the air hockey (the kids had a ball with it) and the hot tub, it was like a dream. It most definitely made it a dream vacation. It is unanimous with all of our family we will keep going back for more memories year after year, here."
