"Great location, easy commute to Downtown Austin!"

"We arrived early and the property owners were nice enough to let us check in earlier than expected. Check-in was easy.place was clean and all amenities fully stocked. You literally can just show up with toothbrush. Place is small but perfect for a couple . Nice patio just outside the door. So close to Zilker park you can walk. You are just a short drive to congress scene. Communication was excellent . Great value for Austin . Highly recommend "

"Very nice. Location worked well for us. Really appreciated the little extras like coffee beans and extra paper goods. It wasn’t an issue for us but there isn’t a laundry in the unit."

"Amazing, fun place! Really close to the zilker park and the natural pool. Definitely recommend"

"The management team of this property is fantastic to work with. I highly suggest staying here although I’m doing so knowing I don’t want everyone to know about it. Very clean, updated and easy to access, the property is a safe choice for any reason whatsoever. "

"There was a little snafu with our check in that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this property."

"Overall a great place to stay!"

"Had a great time. Thank you for hosting."

"We booked Memorial Day weekend to help our daughter move to another place near this VRBO. Everything was perfect. The location was just a few minute walk to our daughter’s place, two places to get coffee, and several excellent restaurants. The property has a very good feel to it and truly made us feel at home. You can tell the host (Shawn) wants you to have everything you need and works hard to ensure that your stay is excellent so thank you Shawn. It’s a one bedroom in a quaint complex...
