"We needed a property big enough to accommodate 13 people and Bellropes was perfect. Great kitchen, big enough to seat everyone and fully equipped with everything we needed. Garden was huge and being able to get to the beach was an added bonus, if a little further away than the 5 minutes stated.Would definitely recommend for large families wanting a homely place to get-together.Garde "

"The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! "

"My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. "The cottage is perfectly located: 1 minute from the beautiful park, 3 minutes from the High street where shops, restaurants, pubs and transportation can be found and situated in a very quiet street. The price is very good for the quality of the accommodation. The cottage is big and functional. The stairs are a little steep and narrow but they lead to two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is en suite. I needed to stay one extra night and the owner did everything to facilitate my change of plans. I...
