"This apartment is very clean and has a cozy feel; the host was also very responsive and friendly. I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt). "This home is quaint and yet modern and decorated very tastefully. The bathrooms are amazing!! Bed was super comfy and location was perfect - just a short walk to downtown Port Washington and the beautiful harbor. It was nice walking to see the sun rise over Lake Michigan. We found the local people to all be very kind and friendly. Dave was very easy to communicate with even while he was out of the country. "Our unit in the building was great. It is a loft in the old Pabst Malt House. This building has been beautifully restored and preserved and it is in a great neighborhood in Milwaukee. It is a great space to have pets. The whole building is obviously pet friendly. Building access and parking pass were all electronic. "We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down.
