"Our family stayed in Yvette's wonderful house for 3 months while we sold our own home and prepared to move overseas. Yvette is an attentive, friendly and kind host who did everything to make our stay wonderful.The house is spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Good wifi coverage too. It is perfectly located just minutes from the center of Sammamish, yet feels quiet, secluded and peaceful. Lots of wildlife too (see pic of deer). "The condo was great! I took our 11 & 13 year olds for a mini Spring break get away. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub area and kept busy with indoor Dells fun during the off-season. We usually stay at an overpriced water park resort, but the lake side properties are quieter and and a little more low key. Ae will be back! "

"The property over all was great! When we arrived the condo was a bit warm so we attempted yo open the bedroom windows only to discover the crank handle missing on one and the other appeared to be painted shut. My husband then tried to turn the AC unit on only to discover there was no power hooked up to it. The only AC unit that worked was in the living room area. There were wires for a thermostat, but that is about it. We lucked out that we could open up the sliding door to get some fresh air...
