"Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs...

"The property itself, and all the amenities were wonderful, and the communication with the property manager and the owner of the property were also so helpful. The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The studio was pristinely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful ! We will definitely be back again !!"

"We were 5 miles or less from everything we wanted to do. Our host gave us some suggestions which were helpful. Craig was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because of an emergency in our family. I accidentally left some clothes hanging on the back of the bathroom door...hoping to get them back. If it's available we'll rent again next year for what's turning out to be our yearly visit to Cape May! The weather was beautiful😊"

"Stayed here MDW 2025 with our family of 6 (including our granddaughter and doggy). I haven't been to Wildwood in YEARS. I am so grateful and happy we found this place. The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. The 2bd apt wasn't huge but the beds in each bedroom were comfortable and we even had enough space to eat breakfast together in the well equipped kitchen. "This unit was super clean and modern, comfy bed, nicely decorated, nice sized fridge/freezer in the kitchenette. The info on how to access the unit is given prior to arrival so there is no check in desk to wait for anyone. Simply follow the directions in the correspondence they send you and your unit will be available to you. We loved the hotel style wheeled luggage rack to use to load our suitcases, hanging clothes and cooler on. Elevator to all floors is easy to use with the key they provide...
