"Great location close to Pinehurst and Southern Pines shopping and restaurants."

"It’s appears I was charged $20 over prearranged room rate. I will wait and see if it’s removed as an incidental charge. There was no body wash in shower dispenser. Too late to ask when I’m taking shower. Outside irrigation sprinkler was malfunctioning. It was shooting water into parking lot."

"The rooms needs more lightning and painting a new light color. The cleaning was ok but it need a ground cleening because we saw old dirt on the door to the bath and in the bath tube there was a rest of the workers left overs from his work. But for 3 people there was ok place to sleep. The pool was ok. At night there was a little noice but only 2 times and it was not long time. i feel there was manny workers place to stay at night, they where a little noicy. But we haved sleept well."

"Bathrooms need an upgrade. Major item!"

"Our booking was canceled and we were not notified in advance. We were 4 hours away from home, small town, middle of the night and no other hotels were available. I was up for 27 hours straight and had to drive back because nothing else was available. They said the hotel was overbooked and we should have been notified as they knew this days in advance. Very unhappy "

"Cheaper may make you wonder why but pleasantly surprised the room was nice and staff friendly. Coffee and food items for breakfast good. Only gripe would be that people stand outside their rooms and smoke in hallways. Maybe make a mandatory smoking area bc not pleasant if u have a smoker standing in outdoor hallway next to your room."

"Loved the golf themed room. Very clean. Golf course and restaurant were excellent. Would be five stars other than they have charged my card a large amount and having difficulty getting the money back ."

"Loved the neighborhood where the cottage is located, close to downtown Southern Pines. Cottage was just right for my husband and me. Comfortable and cozy. Our host was easy to contact if needed. Enjoyed the history of the area, seeing "American Graffiti" at the Sunrise Theatre, pizza at Sopies, in Southern Pines, the Tufts Arcives in Pinehurst, the Carolina Inn, and the Shaw House back in Southern Pines, the Sandhills Horticulture Garden, and delicious BBQ at the Pik-n-Pig at Gilliam-McConnell...
