"Okay hotel, fin pool og meget venligt personale. 30 minutter til centrum med bil, men kun på grund af trafik. Meget tæt på Tim’s Bar, hvor du kan få billig morgenmad, frokost og mere. "

"I was disappointed that they offered free shuttle but the shuttle start time wasn’t until 6am. On the website it’s says free shuttle but no time is stated. I had to take a cab to the airport even the cab driver over charged. Very disappointed. I reserved a room with a king size bed and when I arrived it wasn’t available and offered me two queens and charged me the same price."

"Extremely quiet hotel!! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was fully booked some of the days, but we could not hear the other guests in the neighbor rooms, which is really rare! We have stayed in many, many hotels all over the world but I remember only two hotels where I did not have to sleep with ear plugs, and this Novotel is one of them. For that reason alone, I would stay here again if I should return to Toronto some day. My sleep is a priority when we travel! The staff was...
