The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. "We stayed at this property for one night and had a mixed experience. The location was definitely good and convenient, but there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The property had a “for sale” board outside, which was unexpected and gave the place an odd first impression.
