"The staff was professional and very accommodating to any requests we had. The room was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. We attended the spa for a couples massage and the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the sitting on the outdoor patio afterwards while enjoying a snack and refreshment. Then we each used the infrared saunas in the change rooms. The valet staff were friendly and the one gentleman was quite entertaining to talk with while he helped us with our luggage! We ordered...

"Excellent location to downtown Banff Ave… lots of shopping and amazing restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel is beautiful… very clean, spacious , and staff are amazing!!! I would definitely give this hotel a 10+ . Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!"
