"Super cute, very aesthetic cottage. Well-appointed kitchen with sharp knives We were truly thankful for this, as most VROBs have dull knives and minimal kitchen equipment. We have been traveling for lacrosse for a few weeks and needed a place to unwind and relax, and this was the perfect space. "

"We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. The neighborhood is lively at night. The owner was kind and responsive and communicated well which was greatly appreciated. One...

"We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power...

"Staff was great. Property was not what we expected. Mattress on bed was not good at all, cabin had a strong odor and needed more thorough cleaning."

"The use of recycled wood on the interior makes this place gorgeous on the inside. The location can’t be beat. I can’t give this a high rating because this is not for most Sr citizens or people that are physically challenged. You have to climb up a ladder to go to bed. This was not clear in the photos of the property. My wife ended up on a couch. Had they been more transparent about the layout, I probably would’ve stayed elsewhere."

"Had an incredible stay! The host was super helpful with the snow storm that came. They helped us stay longer and provided shoveling to help get us out of the parking lot. They had so many sweet amenities (extra snacks, waters/soda, soaps and toothbrushes). We will 100% be returning for another stay!"

"The private garden area was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There was major dust under the bed and we had to pay for parking on the street and at the train station later in the day. We really appreciated the air conditioner on a very hot day. You can't beat the location in the heart of Jim Thorpe. Everything was a quick walk. The tiny bathroom had a slight musty smell but had everything we needed."
