"We stayed 2 nights. The sliding barn door to the bathroom that doesn't lock is an issue for me. The hotel was overrun by noisy kids who were very loud in the hallway all evening. There was a dog barking in the middle of the night across the hall. The breakfast room on the 2nd morning was disgusting. The floor was filthy and the chairs were sticky and looked like they've never been cleaned (especially the wooden backs of the chairs). It was very dirty but could have been because of all...

"This was my second stay here, I plan to be back every year when I come to Downingtown. The staff is very friendly and service-minded, the rooms are nice and everything I could ask for in this category of hotel, the breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel itself is nice, clean and easily accessible. The only flaws I can think of is the the room I got on the second floor was noisy (but they moved me right away when I asked for it), and the waitresses often forget to give me and my colleague...
