"The Beachy Bliss apartment was perfect for our weekend away. We needed to be somewhat close to the beach area as our daughters had a gymnastics camp nearby. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s located on the top floor so you don’t hear anyone above you! We will definitely look at staying there again next year!"

"Great apartment - clean with lots of facilities and a very serene vibe. The apartment is in a complex with gym, pool and lounge area with free coffee. Easy to find. You need a car in Jacksonville and with a car you have quick access to lots of shops and roads. "

"We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund...

"My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. The apartment complex is very well maintained and extremely nice. The gym was almost always empty and had the most up to date amenities. We loved the apartment, it...
