"This rental lived up to its Posh name. Absolutely adorable condo in a brand new building. Security was great, the condo was pristine and every inch (including the surprise extra bedroom nook) was well utilized. Felt like home while we were there. Communication was great. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It IS a condo, so you could hear your neighbors, but ours were quiet and it wasn’t an issue. "

"The property was nice and spacious. Comfortable beds. The towel bar was missing in one bathroom but once we told the manager it was promptly taken care of. One thing to note - there is no cable. It’s smart TV so you can stream anything but regular network TV wasn’t an option. We got there the first weekend of March Madness and husband wasn’t happy! Had to buy YouTube TV trial pass. "No curtains in the bedroom, only cheap mini blinds. There is a post light right outside the bedroom window that shines through the blinds and the sun wakes you early, so hard to go to sleep and then you can’t sleep in. They should install black out curtains. You can see the mold through the vents of the AC, so that explained our runny noses. The area to sit outside was not swept and prepped for our stay.
