"I would NOT recommend this VRBO. I chose it as a landing and gathering place for family from across the state and out of state. We looked forward to a comfortable place to cook, visit and hang out. We chose it for the yard, outdoor space and treehouse for children to play on and a secure yard for the dog. "I do wonder if there is a chat bot that responds back for the host or AI written since i voiced my concerns and then got a message asking me to leave a 5 review, it made me think that my previous communications were irrelevent. The basement apartment was as described however I had great difficulty sleeping due to upstairs guests (I believe we had 3 separate guest groups during our stay). There is also road noise near the space from a highway. The washing machine was also not working for our stay...

"Pros:The rental was very spacious. Comfortably slept our group of adults. Cute themed decor too. The check in process was very quick and easy and Jeff got us in early which was nice. And the temperature of the home was very comfortable and easily adjustable. Plenty of fans to go around in each room.Cons: 2 mirrors in the whole house in the 2 bathrooms. "I had a nice stay at this property. Having five bedrooms was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet. It was also nice to have a backyard to be able to relax in during the evening. I would stay here again if I were traveling to the Denver area."
