Residential neighbourhood with easy access to The Avenue and walking distance to the city centre and Southampton Common.
Getting Around:
There are easy bus links and walking distance to city centre shops and a Tesco local. There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway in front of the garage. (The garage is not accessible during your stay). Parking on the street outside is restricted to one hour or permit only. We can usually loan our parking permit for the road outside for a second vehicle- just let us know in advance if you might need this.

I won't disturb you during your stay and you can check in at your own pace and comfort. If there is an issue with the property or your stay or you have questions, do send us a message however and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, rectifying any issues if they occur.
Please note that check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you arrive after 9:00 pm, our office will be closed and our team will not be available to assist by phone, as we are unable to provide out-of-hours support.
