Private ferieboliger i South Wichita

"Check in was fine. Host was fairly easy to communicate with."

"Overall the property was good for the price. We did have someone show up that had also booked the property that had to ask for a refund. One end of the couch was broken and the kitchen was lacking in sufficient utensils/sheet pan/silverware/mixing bowls for cooking so we had to eat out instead of cooking the food we brought. Towels are located in the hall and would be better if there were more if you are staying with a large group and staying more than one day. Light bulb out in the bedroom to...

"I had to abandon this rental after only 2 hours. The floor was caving in.There were visible bugs. There was a strong smell of black mold and Raid bug spray. The bed felt like an air mattress.I ended up going to the Marriott for a good nights sleep."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to Andy's Frozen Custard for training. We have already booked to stay here again next month."

"Our overall experience was good! There are some areas that could use a little TLC as the home is older, but I did love that it was located in a central area near the highway which made it easier getting from point A to point B. The host was always quick to respond and made check in a breeze. If you have kids, there was plenty of activities in the basement area to keep them busy! The biggest downfall of the home is only having 1 bathroom and the sizing of it when there’s more than 2 people...

"Basement was a little ugly"

"The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate."

"Cute little place for a nice price! My kids had a lot of fun exploring and looking at the antiques."

"Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. "

"We spent 2 nights at this lovely home. It was clean with everything you needed to cook and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and I even spoke with 1 of the lovely neighbors. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and towels. The host was very responsive and even offered to get us groceries if we needed it. He made sure our check-in went smoothly even though we arrived late at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this if you travel to Wichita."

"House was nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and very clean. Close to Botanica, Old Town and Tanganyika. A great vacation experience!"

"The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. "

"The home was lovely! Hot tub was wonderful."

"This was a great property. It is an older home and has its older home quirks, but they did not hinder our comfort, sense of security, or stay. It’s a great fenced yard for our dogs with green grass and great shade from the tree. The additional space in the basement also offered perfect privacy and idea of distance for our teenage daughter. It also stayed nice and cool down there for dogs in their kennels while we were out. If we are ever in Wichita again, we would definitely book again!"
