"My family loved the house. The spacious living room, the view of the pond, the beautiful deck - all were perfect. We would definitely come back."

"It was a beautiful house and well stocked with all your needs. Also located in a great area."

"The location was awesome, the house was clean and spacious, and overall it was terrific! I would highly recommend."

"The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!"

"It was a quick walk to the beach. They gave us all the accommodations for my friend’s dog, Finn. It was so relaxing and peaceful to hear the ocean while sitting by the fire pit."

"This house was super clean and comfortable. The sun room was terrific place for our group to hang out it, it has fabulous air flow with the windows open. Genevieve was VERY responsive and proactive. Would stay here again!"

"House was beautiful, well maintained and in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach where the tide can go out to about a mile. Never seen a tide go out that far. Truly breathtaking. Take time to read Sally Gunnings books. She a fine author. If we ever get back to Cape Cod this will be where we stay."

"Excellent location and stay at the lucky 7 cottage. The communication with the host was outstanding, best I’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back for another time at this location."

"Another good year on the books! Thanks Jenny for the use of your lovely home!"
