Beskrivning till Nyckelbox var svår att tyda inne i köpcentrum, då det inte fanns några skyltar om vart kontoret befann sig. Väkter visste inte heller vart vi skulle vända oss. "Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again "

"The spa and dishwasher didnt work, not that we really needed it anyway. But, for an older motel the room was pretty good freshly shampooed carpets, comfy beds,great view, and you can really open up the big windows to get that beautiful sea breeze in. Didn't even need air conditioning. Good facilities. Pool and bbq Areas are good."

"On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. The location was great with easy access to arterial routes. The local shopping centre had a great supermarket and...

"The view from the higher floors is spectacular. Older property that is being swamped by the new builds around it, so pool area will be overshadowed, however location and views amazing. "

Yet, when you where keept awak well beyond 2am of music, and waking up at 5am of people showting their lungs out from the balcony below, one can get a bit fed up. Tiny chiwawas running around and barking in the hallway was also rather surprising, particularly as I was under the impression that this was a no pet hotel, with extensive CCTV. "We had some very nice in Surfers Paradise. Excellent suite with a nice partial ocean view, which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great, where we could walk to everything. Parking costs extra, but you could take the elevator straight from the parking lot to the suite."
