"Do not stay at this property. It is not as advertised. The TV is not connected to anything other than power. The Wi-Fi network that was provided does not exist, the dryer does not work other than for a minute at a time. The sink drains in the kitchen are clogged. I stuck my hand in the sink drain and cleared it out enough so that it wasn’t overflowing. The area around is very loud with a very seeding area. "I was highly disappointed and left part way through my stay. First, it was too cold. The remote for the split AC unit was marked "AC Only" so I did not think it could be used for heat. There is no thermostat in the unit to control the temp. I called and the host turned up the thermostat and made it comfortable. However, with Pittsburgh weather, it warmed up the next day and was then way too hot. Another call to have that adjusted. The final straw was when I called in the morning to tell them...

"We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space). "The house was very much what it looked like in the pictures online. The living place downstairs could be switched around a bit to accommodate a television and couch though. Minimal kitchen supplies, need more adult size cups, utensils, etc. enjoyed our stay. If steps aren’t for you, then do not book here, otherwise was very nice. Kids loved the playroom. "
