"DID'NT STAY, they wanted a very large deposit. Would not take a credit card for deposit. Wanted Zelle or a type payment that you could not receive any money back if you wanted. Even if there was no issues with your stay (if need be). I went through Expedia and there site said to not pay these form payment the host was requesting.
The ppl put non-refundable but didnt tell you how they were going to request deposit or the amount. Until after you book

"Værelset var hyggeligt og rent. Det er selvfølgelig ikke luksus, gangene er smalle, værelset lidt lille og slidt, men det har alt, hvad man behøver og en rar atmosfære. Hotellet ligger tæt på en metrostation, hvorfra man hurtigt kan komme ind til byen, og man kan også gå en flot tur langs kysten derind, som tager ca 40 min. Chinatown er ikke så stor, men der er et par sjove butikker og gode restauranter, og gaden som hotellet ligger på er ret hyggelig og har en meget lokal stemning over sig."

— Host did not give access to the unit for 2 hours while I sat in a vehicle awaiting guidance to share ID & damage deposit. The host kept sending messages with the email and payment source censored
— be prepared to send the deposit (not as a hold on the original payment used to reserve the unit) but as an additional cash payment directly to the host (outside of the rental platform. Either Zelle or Venmo
— expect the host to hold...
"Fantastic location, nice room, waterpreasure a bit on the low side.
It showed to be extreamly difficult to get a taxi at the hotel, and the hotel staff wasn't to much help."
