"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Diego und in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca hat super geklappt. Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. "Extremely clean and well appointed. The door locking instructions were not obvious and hidden among the written checkin info which led me to change plans. But would likely book the studio again in future. "

"The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient."

"The host was very helpful and we loved the private outdoor space. The artwork is beautiful and adds a serene feel to the space. The beds & trundle bed were comfortable. The sofa was deemed uncomfortable, both for sitting or sleeping. Living room/dining room has harsh lighting, but great if you like it bright. All windows but the kitchen (looks out into the yard space) are covered with privacy film; light but no visual. We were surprised that our only entrance was in an alley, but it worked well....

"Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement."

"Lots of good things about house, clean, location, walkable neighborhood & restaurants. Responsive owner and easy check-in and check out. But the bedrooms and beds were small and the centrally located bathroom needs a fan for privacy. It was comfortable and pretty well appointed but wish there was cream and sugar to go with the Kuerig coffee maker. Good stay overall. "
