"I think there should be a bit more transparency of what you are staying in. It was fine but there needed to be better clarity around what is included. It states BBQ, and there is no BBQ, and as you think there is a BBQ, you would expect some utensils which there aren't."

"The unit was dirty. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. There were a dozen dead moths throughout the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We cut our stay short here and found another room elsewhere. I told the host these issues via the Vrbo chat and never heard back from them."

"It was very a cute place and had room for myself, husband and brother-in-law. The TV was huge for the place but worked fine. I found it easy to find. Had a great view. It was very clean. It is more like a duplex with another tiny home attached but they share walls to the bathroom and closet. It wasn't bad but you could hear the neighbors moving around in the morning. The price was reasonable for what we got and other options in the area. Loved the little porch, as well."

"The tiny home was cute and new with a rustic feeling. It was the perfect location for visiting the GC and Sedona. It was remote but very modern and comfortable. No noise at all from neighbors or anyone or thing around. Very quiet. Beautiful open views of sunrise & sunset. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the home has a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker w/coffee pods but nothing else. "We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs.
The bed, though comfortable, did not have a mattress protector or a fitted sheet. A regular sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet and kept coming loose and rolling up. Additionally, for some reason, the top sheet was placed on top...

"I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best."

"We spent three nights here visiting the Grand Canyon with family. The rooms were more run down than the pictures showed but were clean and adequate for a more rustic stay. The room arrangements and layout is odd but it provided the right spaces for our group. The shower was tiny (minuscule) and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, including out of the shower, while running. We had to turn the water off, lather, turn it back on to rinse, etc. All of these oddities were manageable considering...

Fantastisk sted at overnatte i Grand Canyon. Stedet har opretholdt en original gammel stil og der var som at træde ind i år 1900, dog med gode toilet og bad faciliteter.
