The Space:
Looking for more sunshine? South Padre Island is the answer. Wake up in a beachfront resort, surrounded by gardens and pool views. Recently renovated and stylishly redecorated, this condo offers a sleek, modern feel with all the comforts of home.
You’ll be just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach, with Bahia Mar resort amenities all around—two pools with hot tubs, a beachfront deck, tennis courts, playground, and more.
Inside, enjoy a bright open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining space for six. The living room has two comfy sofas and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
When it’s time to rest, the master has a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has two queen beds with another full bath nearby. Both have Smart TVs.
Extras include WiFi, washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels, two parking spaces, and we’re pet-friendly!
South Padre offers endless fun—dolphin watching, horseback rides on the beach, water sports, fishing, and the family-friendly Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and shared access to the common areas and amenities at the complex.
The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the pool, and you may experience some noise during the day within working hours.

- Please note that the condo is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.
