"The rooms were not cleaned or trash taken out unless requested, carpet in room dirty, shampoo empty, room very small with no desk, large amount of dogs, free breakfast was not resupplied and ate elsewhere, pool area was over crowded , snack bar was never opened in trailer in pool area, the bar area was open on my second day, gate to beach had a lock system that did not work all the time. "This is a beautiful resort that, while clearly showing its age, is well-maintained. There is plenty to see and do, and the beachfront location provides stunning sunrise views. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. Specifically, our room featured a connecting door, which meant we could hear everything from the neighbors next door, making it difficult to maintain privacy. Despite that, we enjoyed our time here."

"Check in is confusing, 3 hotels check in at one of the 3 hotels. Then you check in and proceed to your hotel, just not as clear as it could be. Other than confusion at check in everything was great!"

"The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. "We had an amazing time the weather was beautiful room was clean and spacious and the beach view was great all the pools was clean and not crowded even the hot tub. The staff was amazing I messed up my reservation and they fixed it with no problems on either side. We will be back again soon. This is a great place to stay I will recommend it to everyone!"
