"The apartment was absolutely lovely and a real home from home. It was very clean and there was plenty of space in all the rooms (the bathroom was huge) and plenty of storage. We particularly liked having the laundry cupboard that had coat hooks and a shoe rack (along with a washer and dryer) to keep these bits out of the way. The view was gorgeous and having the outside space would have been an excellent bonus were it not for the weather!! The welcome pack with a cream tea, biscuits and milk was...

"Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing "

The patio and orchard garden are delightful to sit out in the sunshine, watching the sun set over the sea, listening to the gulls. A short walk to the high street, bustling harbour and coastal path. There is lots to do in and around Ilfracombe, we would have loved to stay longer. Our host was friendly and helpful and communication was efficient. "The experience does not align to the website. Buildings in poor state or repair woth wooden external staircase broken. First apartment smelt so bad requested immediate change. 2nd apartment at mininum expected standard. Pillows very hard, beds uncomfortable. Surrounding area and tenants concerning. Left a day early."

"Well equipped and almost brand new. Certainly a premium property in the area. The team were very efficient, helpful, friendly and professional. The unit we booked alphas a maintenance issue, so we were moved and upgraded. All was seamless and the team made sure we had a good time."
