Big deck to relax and quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive to ocean and beer shops: restaurants. Benjamin was a gracious host. Perfect for families."

"Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay."

"The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...

"We loved our stay. It was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet. We found a great restaurant nearby. We would definitely come back. The hosts were oustanding and very responsive. "

"The property clearly had an issue with moisture. It smelled like mold and mildew. We ran the AC and the dehumidifier. It wasn't good. One of the beds was not in good condition and it felt like a spring would poke you. The entire property is dated and not in great overall condition. We would not stay there again. We actually left a night early. "
