"The property was in a wonderfully quiet and beautifully wooded neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay !"

"Thank you so much for having us! We loved the bottle of wine and the apartment! It was perfect for us and for the trip. Would recommend to a friend!!"

"The location is great. You can walk everywhere or catch the free local buses to get around the area. The apartment is very clean, roomy, comfortable and nicely decorated.Pam D.'s review on July 2026 was spot on. It is a basement unit not a garden unit."

"Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working...

"great location! clean space!"

"Good location. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint I really have is that breakfast is served way too late at 8:30."

"We had a great time during our stay!"

"Property was great, exactly as advertised!"

"Great location and super helpful and communicative hosts. Excellent option for two couples or a family for a stay in Newport. Would 100% return."

"Perfect location in Newport with sufficient parking. Description didn’t make it clear the split of rooms and bathrooms but it worked out. Listing also listed laundry, which we were counting on as this was our last stop of a two week trip, but did not exist - so that disappointing. As was no coffee in the glass coffee jar. But rooms were comfortable, communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location!"

"The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

"This home was in a great central location. Great size and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer and will stay there again if we get the chance."
