"House was a nice large space to accommodate our needs and convenient location to what we wanted to do. Tractor came each day to plow the driveway so we didn't have to dig out of the snow. We did have some issues with the August Stay app but Tamer was quick to answer our call and we were able to work out the problem. The house wasn't horribly dirty but it wasn't the cleanest. "We had a beautiful stay in Stratford. This property is in the perfect location. It is a very close walk to all theaters, the river and gardens, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and breakfast was fantastic!! We cannot wait to visit Stratford again and will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this VRBO this past weekend as a group of 8. The listing advertised two king-sized beds and two queen-sized beds; however, the actual setup was two king-sized beds, one double bed, and two single beds. While the beds were comfortable, they did not match what was advertised in the listing.Only one of the televisions was working, the other had an X taped across the front of it. "The place was ok, not a whole/entire house as advertised. Check in was a little confusing too. The place could do with some small but significant upgrades like a dishwashwer, proper cutting board (wood preferably), and some cooking oil/spray along with some other basic home essentials. Overall the stay was fine. Also, heating is controlled through the main house, so need to message the host to get it turned up/down, which was annoying. "

"Hard to get a hold of the host to get check-in information. There was pee all over the toilets and pubes in the tub. We had to wash the bedsheets ourselves because nothing was clean. "

"This was a good location; only 10 minutes from the downtown. The house was in pretty good condition and we appreciated having the 4 bedrooms. Linens were good and beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not informed before our stay, which we had booked several months ago, that there were other occupants in the basement of the house.
