The street the house is on is completely torn up and being replaced, including the underlayment, sewers, and utilities. This was a complete shock and surprise to us and not included in the listing. After viewing municipal documentation, the project was approved in January of 2025 and began that Spring. Phase I was complete in December of 2025. We booked our reservation in late December.
