"I loved the water front location. There was a ton of space in the townhome. Things to improve upon: a larger TV/a starter pack of laundry detergent and dryer sheet. No one wants to buy a big box of detergent to do one load while travelling. The kitchen was very well stocked. I personally do not care for the outside patio table and hard chairs. Not good for elderly folks. Luckily the old patio chairs were still there so it worked out fine. We really enjoyed our few days there, so relaxing. Thanks...

"Unfortunately the weather took a turn. To windy and cold to fish. We stayed Sunday through Wednesday. Last day caught a redfish. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Will return to try our luck again. Was quiet and relaxing. Seen some baby ducks. "

"This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find."

"Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again."

"Very Impressive little cottage !!! Was not sure what to expect when we booked the reservation. We were pleasantly surpised. Very clean, open, and bright. My husband loved fishing off the dock everyday. We even saw dolphins swimming out front. Enjoyed out time at the cottage. Will come back to stay in if we are in the area again. 10 out of 10."

"The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!"
