"Everything was amazing and the view from the upstairs bedroom was to die for! My hubby and I could just lay there all day! Side note, the photos look like it’s a private drive, but you do share the same driveway with 3 other homes. So just an FYI. Only one house next to you. But Very Private. :)"

"House was lovely. Perfect location from Main Street at Nye Beach and Ocean. Both a short block away. Open concept, so the family was connected, large enough for areas to break off and do your own thing. Plenty of supplies, no shortages. And plenty of bathrooms!! Really great house. Also really appreciated the communication from the property managers. The best and most prompt I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to the owners for opening their lovely home and to the property managers who helped us...

"The property was dirty, the hot tub was cold and dirty, the soaking tubs were dirty, the BBQs were too dirty to use, the garage had a dead bird in it. No real access to the beach."

"Home was clean and updated. Multiple issues with the home: back porch light didn't work, back porch top rail not secure, mini blind in kitchen didn't work, bathroom fan does not work."

"Really sweet , charming , little cottage tucked away right off the highway , really close to waldbort , newport , yachats and other such coastal pleasures. Hosts were an absolute delight.Would definitely recommend this if you just wanna quiet place to hang out for the weekend"

"We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was clean and decorated well. The furniture and beds were comfy. We loved having our own private hot tub with privacy fencing between each unit's patio. We would maybe suggest having some sort of covered shelves to keep towels dry while using the hot tub during adverse weather. We also would have loved the parking lot to be lit a little better and maybe some solar pathway lights along the sidewalk to each townhome for safety as it is pretty dark....

"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...
