"Small unit. Beds enough for eight but only a small couch to sit on. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Trash and ketchup under the couch, along with the sheet, blanket and hair left by the previous guest. Bunk bed slats are cracked and the mattresses sag. Hair in the bath towels. No kitchen towels. The kitchen sink leaks water. Only one outlet in the kitchen works and it is behind the sink. Very noisy facility, you can hear the other guests. Positive note: the host immediately responded...

"Clean rooms, nicely furnished, good location relative to downtown. I had to call to get the access codes and had some trouble deciphering them after a long trip. (The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. "

We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. "My husband & I were in Sandusky to meet up with family for a visit to Cedar Point. We chose this location because it is in walking distance to the cute downtown bars & restaurants and the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and in the perfect spot to go out for a walk to the Paddle Bar and to breakfast at the Waffle place in the covered Market. Amazing! And the house and condo were so perfect - stylish, had everything we needed and the bed was SOOOO comfortable. We will definitely stay here...
