Had to message the owner multiple times just to gain entry to the unit at the agreed upon time. Codes provided did not work and only way to communicate was through VRBO messaging. "I was extremely disappointed with the misleading posting about the facilities, lack of reply from the host, and attempted theft of security deposit. The host does not leave the key and fob so you cannot park at the complex or use the gym. During check-in I contacted the host and let them know the key and fob were not there. "The property was exactly as advertised. This is a small apartment located right off of South Lamar. It is very close to downtown and Zilker park. We were able to go to Barton springs and enjoy the water even if it was a little cold. This is a great spot for anyone looking for a quick, affordable getaway. It is not a big rental built for entertaining, but rather a cozy apartment for easy access to Austin."

"Check-in was as described and very easy. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and large. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, large refrigerator, ice maker and all the necessary things. The washing machine (even with detergent) and dryer in the apartment in a separate room were very practical. As requested, we had an apartment on the 9th floor with a view of downtown. "We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Glass Treehouse. The pictures really didn't do it justice. The location couldn't have been more perfect as well - just a quick walk to the Barton Springs/Creek, and a short Uber ride into Downtown Austin. The best of both worlds! Lisa was super accommodative and a great communicator - made an early check-in/late check-out happen for our group. Hope to be able to stay there again soon."

"Bouldin village was an amazing place for us to stay during commencement weekend for the University of Texas. We had everything we wanted in a relaxed setting. Walking distance to south congress shops and an easy commute downtown."
