Highlights - big lobby area and bar; location next to the river paths, downtown and South Congress; views from river facing rooms; incredibly comfortable beds; great convenience store and very helpful/ friendly staff. There’s major construction happening behind the outdoor swimming pool but difficult to avoid in central Austin! "

"The key question is - as always - would you come back: yes. This place is prime for access to the Zilker - Barton Springs - Downtown areas. I was able to walk to Trek Bicycles on Lamar in 20 min to rent a bike. As for the accommodations, they are very colorful, charming, and quiet. You’re in a garden, so don’t be shocked if a water bug shows up - it’s part of the fun. "
