"I år (juli 2009) var det 4. gang jeg boede på Mouradi Palace og det er 4. gang hotellets service ikke har levet op til mine forventninger. Grundet All Inclusiv gæsterne bliver der ikke ydet nogen service for de gæster der er betalende. Hotellets personale er meget lidt imødekommende og meget lidt smilende."

"Hotel Residence Monia was a great place to stay in the centre of the city! It a good quiet location on a side alley, the staff were super friendly & helpful! Heaps of restaurants & cafes walking distance away. The room had good air con, hot water and comfy beds!"

"Room was ok- clean. BUT there was a door between 2 rooms and it was halv locked BUT it felt like those people are in our room.They screamed and talked with high voice until morning.you could hear literally EVERYTHING. The isolation of the balcony was also very bad. They had a club right in front and they had so high music until 3 in the morning..closing the balcony door didnt do it since you couldnt close the door really. Very poor quality.Tho, the view over the sea is nice to have! Soo dont...
