"Poor service"

"Fine all inclusive hotel- ok for the price. Beach very nice but so annoying that people reserve beach/pool chairs before 07.00 o’clock and live them the half day without using them and staff don’t remove the towels so a bit hard to find a chair with an umbrella.Not enough umbrellas at the areas. Food ok - and several restaurants to those from (ordrer table at the Japanese restaurant the day before). Bars were great. Accept that staff works slower than European standard. The rooms needs renovation- but beds are fine. Walkable to Mambo beach and shopping area (recommend to reserve a table for dining at night at Mambo beach)"

"Omgivet af storeygende mennesker på begge sider af vor balkon så vi kunne ikke side ude på vor egen balkon. Askebægre fyldt til randen STANK så man ikke kunne sidde ude"
