"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"The property was beautiful all around. I took advantage and enjoyed the two pool options. The Infinity pool was the most beautiful pool i every seen. The staff were friendly and helpful.."

"My friends and I had a very nice stay at Natura Village. Our host Elisabetta was very very helpful in all matters and helped us arranging trips in the region and supplied us with all the information we needed. The Bungalows where situated perfect for us, very close to the center yet far enough away from the noise, to have a quiet and nice stay. We can only recommend this place to others and will most likely be back ourselves."

"They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only. Well the bad experience came about when we checked out and all of a sudden, the surprise visit from hotel staff that we MUST pay for a clogged toilet or they will charge my credit card. Spoke to another German lady and as they put her to speak to...

"It was a good stay, the room was nice but not the room advertised on Internet. No one was there to check us in or idea of us coming. After getting thru all that , the stay was nice the rooms were clean and facilities were safe and secure. Wifi only worked in common areas, no wifi in rooms. Staff was very friendly. Maid service everyday except Sunday, but they changed towels out. "
