Casa Apreda with Air Conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi and Heating

CASA APREDA is a gorgeous home for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building a short distance from the centre of Sorrento. It is around 45 square meters in size, is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.

Not included, to pay in cash on arrival day:

- Tourist Tax: 4,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- Final cleaning 75,00 euros
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.


You will be at less than 200 meters from Piazza Tasso, a few steps from restaurants, shops, and bars. You will find the closest beach at roughly 550 meters and the tourist port, Marina Piccola, at roughly 1 km away. The public transportation is at roughly 1 km away.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Apreda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in a public parking near, for a fee.

Casa Apreda is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. An elevator it is not available.

THE LOUNGE is spacious, bright, and has been stylishly furnished. Here you’ll find a double sofa bed, a dining table for four people, a SMART TV with Satellite channels and the KITCHEN AREA. THE KITCHEN is fitted with a four-hob gas stove, an Expresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, moka pot, a microwave, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE BEDROOM contains a King size bed, a SMART TV with Satellite channels and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access is from the lounge.

THE BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, shower, and hairdryer. Access is from the lounge.

THE LAUNDRY has a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board at your disposal. Access is from the living room.

Our stay at Apreda was wonderful. We have no complaints about the property or the area. My only issue was the lack of communication with the "Amore" host (Marco) who wasnt answering our calls or communicating with us on arrival after we reached out multiple times. Other than this, everything was top notch, especially the property owners Giovanni and Francesca. I will highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at this lovely apartment across the street from the historical center, within easy walking distance to all the sights, ferries, wonderful restaurants, cafes, shops, and gelaterias! The best is being above a wonderful deli run by very friendly Giovanni and his family! The shop has many wonderful cheeses made by the family as well as high quality meats, foods, wines, and other groceries. They have an outdoor patio where we enjoyed nightly cocktails and snacks. There is also a small fresh produce market next to their store. The apartment is very clean, modern, and comfortable, with basic amenities, a great shower, a washer and even a dryer (which is unusual in Italy), good WiFi, and smart TV for viewing movies. The kitchen, however, is minimally stocked and could use better pots and pans, cutting board, some kitchen towels and hand soap. Next door is a paid parking lot which we appreciated since we had a car. Overall, it was a perfect stay and definitely a place we will book again!

The apartment is located in a quiet area while still convenient to everything. There is a small but well stocked market/restaurant downstairs and a fresh produce market a couple of doors down. Everything in the apartment is new and functions well. The bed was very comfortable. A minor note, the pots, pans, and utensils are quite limited. We made do for a short stay. Roberta, who met us at check-in, was very helpful and patient. Our bus got delayed in a tunnel by road construction. We were over 1 hour late, had no cell phone service in the tunnel and could not contact her. When we finally did arrive, she was patiently waiting with a shrug and said that these delays happen.

What a wonderful experience staying here. Comfortable and updated. On the edge of the historical center so easy access to everything and also quieter. Right above the amazing Apreda deli/market with such welcoming hosts! Will come back!!
