Easy check-in and -out, as well as very clean home. Terrific location near Fisherman's Wharf for local walking and theatres and store across the street handy for a couple of needed items. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. Happy to return again for another stay in future. "

"Very central for my needs to access Downtown Victoria in 20 min, Duncan in 30 min and Sooke in 25 min. The suite main windows look out to Tall Pine and Spruce trees right across the street with nature trails within the area of the trees that lead you an a nurturing exploration, as well as it being an amazing place to decompress when you come to the suite... in the suite and walk on the trails ."

"We enjoyed our stay at this modern well-kept home on Bear Mountain. The house was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. The views were beautiful and we had the opportunity to walk on the trails.We like to cook and were there forna week so had quite a lot of garbage accumulate.Didnt really know what to do with it as BC has guideline on 2hat goes where and when. Otherwise the hosts were responsive and we had a good time away from the business of downtown Victoria "

"Very comfortable. Pleasant use of space (below main floor of house)- with all necessities, plus nice added touches. (coffee, ketchup, games, cozy blankets. ..). Very near Hatley Castle Park and easy 30 min drive to Victoria. "

"I am EXTREMELY fussy with the cleanliness of my surroundings and I was instantly impressed with the unit in this regard. It was also tastefully decorated, and very well stocked with the basic essentials, including cleaning products. I found the mattress gave me the support I needed to avoid back issues. Again, the cleanliness of the bedding and towels was outstanding. I did not have a vehicle, so I cannot comment on the driving and/ or parking. On occasion, there was some noise from above...

"We had a wonderful time here. Jayne welcomed us with a bottle of wine and scones. She gave us great ideas of things to do and places to go. We cooked dinner every night thanks to a well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time out on the patio with a wonderful view. She has a pear tree that we could help ourselves to and they were delicious. This is in a great location and several places to walk. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I highly recommend her home. It’s clean, comfortable...

"Awesome location, beautiful and spacious place. Victoria was very responsive and even reached out to check on us during our stay, to ensure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. For those not us not from areas where basements are a thing, it’s good to know ahead of time that your windows don’t have views, and you’ll hear noises from above. Not an issue for us at all as we were out and about each day. Again, a wonderful stay, look forward to coming back! "

"The accommodations are lovely and provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the area. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. A perfect setting for a family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon."

"This was a family union to celebrate a birthday and meet with a family member. We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We cooked, played games, enjoyed the views of the Harbour, took a walk to see the Seal pups, enjoyed the resort outdoor hot tub… Thank you Rick for welcoming us! "
