"Excellent location. Steps from Centre Street and hundreds of restaurants. Good breakfast with variety of western and Chinese food. Good Wi-fi, free laundry. Only one small elevator, sometimes is busy. Not easy to wheel the luggage’s out of the elevator to rooms. High metal bar on the floor."

"Very good hotel but very very bad service. We had 2 rooms with 2 persons per room and hotel kept insisting breakfast was only including 1 person per room. We showed them booking were it said breakfast free and they kept insisting every morning we pay for 1 person per room. At checkout they wanted extra money for a towel the claimed they could not clean that came from our room. They had not told us about it before checkout and we had no idea if it was from our room or just any other room. It all...

Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).
2. The hardware of hotel is good.
3. Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this...

"The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. "
