"Very good hotel but very very bad service. We had 2 rooms with 2 persons per room and hotel kept insisting breakfast was only including 1 person per room. We showed them booking were it said breakfast free and they kept insisting every morning we pay for 1 person per room.

"It’s alright hotel, wifi is slow and breakfast is just standard."

"Airport pickup was convenient and communication was fine. Location was close to the airport and a decent stay before or after catching a flight. Like a little motel locally run."

"Clean room, quiet environment, large room size. Friendly staff. I have a Good experience living here. Especially the breakfast, tasty and fresh. It’s safe place cause the hotel besides a pre military office building and the headquarter of Harbin Bank. It’s a quiet and affordable hotel to stay. Monica Wu is the sales director and she is willing to help you anytime. Overall I will stay here next time I visit the city."
