One of the main highlights of the house is its stunning, private outdoor area where you will find a delightful garden, two terraces (covered and uncovered), an outdoor shower and a swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds. You will find a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in the centre of Son Severa, just a 6-minute drive from the property (2.7 km). You can also enjoy the spanish sun in one of the closest beaches, Platja de Sa Marjal (6.6 km; 8 minutes by car) and Platja des Port Vera (6.4 km; 8 minutes driving) with junipers and tamarinds typical from Mallorca. The house is also very well connected with the urban centres of Son Servera, Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and Artá. Golf enthusiasts can play their favourite sport in the golf clubs Pula Golf Resort (4.3 km, a 7-minute drive) and Club de Golf Son Severa (7.3km, 10 minutes driving). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport are 64.9 km or 55 minutes driving from “Can Bosco”.
