"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"My friends and I all wished that we could have stayed longer at this lovely secluded home in the country. It was so quiet, sitting on the swing under a huge old oak tree, looking over a field of wildflowers and hearing the wind chime's mellow song when a soft breeze blew. The house was very well cared for with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. "We had a very lovely stay here. There were a few small issues such as the filtered water in the refrigerator not working, freezer door didn’t have a handle, and the dresser handles were broken. These weren’t major things. Late at night we were trying to make beds with two pullouts (our two daughters decided they wanted to sleep individually), and we could only find one set of sheets. We looked everywhere! Overall, our stay was great! There were just some hiccups along the way. "

"Cozy older home in a quiet neighborhood, just what we were looking for. Dogs enjoyed the fenced in yards and that was why we picked this home. Not far from downtown Bryan and all the great restaurants there. We also used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay!"

"The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable.The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend if anyone else is looking for a place to stay"
