Horrible…. Look up pet friendly hotels in Hillsborough and this hotel is the 1st on list… however when I showed up on December 29th at 10pm from California with my 5 lb Pomeranian, I was not allowed to check in for my already paid room for 3 nights….they only allow service animals. The front desk staff was not accommodating at all and when I asked to speak with a manager “Mike” he only talked to me on the phone with no help either. I ended sleeping in my car that night and was told I had to contact where I made my reservations for a refund……no kind of customer service training at all. I also work at a front desk where we try to make everyone happy and at least be helpful as possible!
