"Our family visited NYC during Memorial weekend and we stayed at this property. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole place felt very clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to our check in time and was quick to respond! Location was great as we took the PATH line to get to the city it was only about a 14 min walk to the station. Would recommend and would stay here again if possible. "

"We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! "The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"Not very close to public transportation, but if you bring your car then it can stay locked in a private garage. Very clean property with a queen bed, twin sized cot, and couch for 3-4 people to sleep. No dining table, but has a bar and stools between kitchen and living room area. "

"The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains. "
